Preparing Your Home for Sale

One of the first things I will do before putting your house on the market is help you prepare your house for sale. I want to show your house off in its best light to maximize your earning potential. I will tour your house with the eye of a buyer and let you know what works, what doesn't work.

As a One Day Staging Professional, I was trained by JoAnne Lenart-Weary of PA. JoAnne has been teaching her techniques to create beautiful homes all across the country to decorators, designers, redesigners, real estate agents, and homeowners. I chose JoAnne because her philosophy is unique in that it blends decorating and real estate to achieve the highest return to the homeowner.

Staging activities can begin years before a house is actually sold. Some have done such a nice job staging their home that they have delayed selling. Staging combines practical decorating tips with real estate knowledge.

Staging benefits both the seller and buyer.  The seller gets to achieve the maximum enjoyment and profit on the sale of their home and the buyer has the benefit of a home that is fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained.

As a service to the community, I travel to share with others how they can prepare their home to maximize its value well before they are ready to sell.  Another presentation is "Is It Time to Downsize?".
