As a One Day Staging Professional, I was trained by JoAnne Lenart-Weary of PA. JoAnne has been teaching her techniques to create beautiful homes all across the country to decorators, designers, redesigners, real estate agents, and homeowners. I chose JoAnne because her philosophy is unique in that it blends decorating and consumer buying preference to achieve the highest return to the homeowner.

Staging activities can begin years before a house is actually sold. Some have done such a nice job staging their home that they have delayed selling. Staging combines practical decorating tips with consumer buying preference knowledge.

Staging benefits both the seller and buyer. The seller gets to achieve the maximum enjoyment and profit on the sale of their home and the buyer has the benefit of a home that is fresh, comfortable and well-maintained.
