An Overview of the home buying process
Narrow your Home Serach: We'll discuss and evaluate what you want and need in a home.
Mortgage Pre-Approval: I'll introduce you to our Gold Services Manager, Mr. Nick Cutter so you can discuss your financial information in confidence.
View Homes: We'll view homes that meet your criteria. I'll send you emails of new listings and price reductions to current listings.
Make an Offer: When you have found your next home, I'll prepare the documents so we can present a qualified written offer.
Reach Agreement: I'll act as a gobetween in the negociations to reach agreement on the price, terms and conditions.
Attorney Review: I'll provide your attoney with the fully executed contract of sale. Your attorney will discuss with you and advise you as to your options and changes he/she may recommend.
Home Lender Appraisal: I'll open the house for your bank's appraiser and provide him/her with any additional documents they request.
Home Inspection: I'll be there with you during the home inspection.
Pre-closing: I'll work with you and your attorney to resolve any additional requests. I'll secure the contact information for the utility companies.
Closing: Congratulations, here is when you get the keys. Your attorney will handle the closing documents. I'll attend the closing to answer any questions you or your attorney have.
Post Closing: I'll be available to answer any questions. We'll stay in touch over the years.
